Who did we work with?

During the years we worked on various projects, with variety of clients. We put our head where others wouldn’t put a leg. And it payed off, experiences were priceless. You can see bellow some of the projects we were engaged to:

National Center for State Courts

From 2014. to the beginning of 2016. we were engaged as IT consultants, in charge of developing the system for Misdemeanor Courts of the Republic of Serbia (SIPRES), the Registry of unpaid fines and the Flow of cases of misdemeanor courts, within the USAID project for judicial reform and responsible government (JRGA), which was implemented by the National Center for State Courts.

Commissioner for Protection of Equality

In 2016. , within the Judicial Reform and Accountability Project (JRGA), Mindsoft Solutions was engaged to design the new website of the Commissioner, along with the migration of a database of over 3000 articles from Joomla to WordPress CMS. In the years that followed, we were responsible for hosting, maintaining and updating the site, generating reports from Google Analytics, as well as solving problems with “Brute Force” attacks and other security threats.

Kontakta – PR Agency

Between 2016. and 2019, we created and hosted web presentations for the project of the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Serbia – EUteka, as well as for the project of the foundation “Ana and Vlade Divac” – “Youth Bank Hub of Western Balkan and Turkey”.

British Council

During 2017. we were engaged as consultants on a project „Justice Efficiency Project”. The main goal of the “Justice Efficiency Project” is to improve the work of judicial authorities and their ability to measure performance through standardization of work processes and procedures, introduction of new and improved work methodologies, improvement of communication with the public, improvement of professional competences and revision of the relevant legislative framework. Our task was the analysis, development and implementation of the methodology for evaluating cases by weight (Case Weight) in the AVP system of basic courts (you can see more details at this link).

Municipalities of Lučani and Bač

During 2016., Mindsoft Solutions developed the web application “Information system of local tax administration MS:Dominus”, which between 2017. and 2019. was used in municipalities of Lučani and Bač. After that, we were in charge of data migration to the United IS LPA, within the project led by the “International Management Group”.

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc.

Between 2018. and 2020. we were engaged as consultants on the development and implementation of web applications and the improvement of existing applications within the USAID project “Rule of Law Project in Serbia”, for the needs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia: e-ZIO; Electronic bulletin board; Central application for court fees; Creation of a web service for the needs of the Judicial Information System.

During 2019, as part of the “Rule of Law Project in Serbia”, we created a web presentation of the State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Serbia.

Checchi and company consulting, inc.

Atos IT Solutions and Services

During 2020, Mindsoft Solutions was engaged in analyzing the application, defining the functional specification of the solution and migrating data from the “legacy” system to the new system.

S&T Serbia

During 2019. we were engaged by S&T Serbia as consultants on the implementation of the project “Supply of Integrated Penitentiary Management System for the Directorate for Execution of Sanctions” in Macedonia. We created a web application that is used in 12 prisons across Macedonia and in the Administration for the Execution of Sanctions in Skopje.

The Chamber of Mediators of Serbia

From 2020. we were engaged as IT consultants by the Chamber of Mediators of Serbia, among other things, on site development, SEO optimization and assistance to chamber members in online presence.
